How to change time ?
To adjust time please pull the watch crown two times. If you pull the watch crown once you will be able to change the date.  

Are your watches water resistant?
Our wooden watches have a special coating which is all natural and transparent. Thanks to this special coating our watches are not affected by water or sweat. You can wash your hands, clean your dishes, walk under the rain or work out in the gym. That being said there are some considerations you should take when wearing your watch.

-Please avoid direct contact with water, for instance swimming or taking shower when wearing your watch.-
-If your wooden watch gets wet, band of your watch might expand slightly and might not bend as usual. This problem will disappear when the water dries out, which usually take couple of hours.

What are the measurements of Woodstone wooden sunglasses?
All of our wooden sunglasses models are unisex and can be fit to any face thanks spring hinges on them.

How to adjust the band to fit your wrist?
Our watches designed to fit almost any wrist. In case your watch is bigger than your wrist. We advise you to take your watch to your nearest jewellery or watch store to get the watch fit according to your wrist. At the moment our watches don’t come with band adjusting tools.

How to care your Woodstone wooden watch and sunglasses?
Woodstone watches and sunglasses are produced with natural and untreated woods. Therefore our products are hypoallergenic. Because wood is a natural material, it will soak up the moisture from your wrist, which will help the watch to maintain its look.

In order to clean your wooden product we recommend you to apply some olive oil and lemon juice mixture on your product regularly. Just apply a little bit of olive oil and lemon extract on a tissue and rub it on your wooden accessory, make sure you apply it thoroughly. After that you can use another clean tissue to remove any excess oil.

You can also apply beeswax, lip balm, walnut oil or little bit of hand cream in order to maintain the natural and beautiful look of your wooden product.

What kind of movement you use on your watches?
We outsource our movement from one of the well-known manufacturer in the world. We use Swiss made Ronda quartz movements in our watches.

What kind of woods used in Woodstone watches and sunglasses?
We source the finest and most durable woods around the world. We are also constantly looking for new types of woods to expand our offerings. At this point in time our watch collection features Maple, Rosewood and Black&Green Sandalwood. Our sunglasses collection made out of Ebony , Oak and Rosewood.
Because each wood has different patterns, no two wooden product are exactly alike which makes wooden products are unique and one of a kind. There will be slight difference in colour and pattern between the photos on our website and the product you will receive which is normal.
